I trust this message finds you and your teams managing through the recent stretch of extreme weather. As conditions inevitably improve, so too do the opportunities to address challenges, repair what’s been strained, and emerge stronger, both in our organizations and personally.

On a personal note, spending time with my new granddaughter (she is such a delight) has powerfully reinforced a simple truth that sits at the heart of our firm’s mission: “Position for the Future.” It’s not just a tagline, it’s a philosophy. The future is not a distant concept; it unfolds every day, shaped by the decisions we make and the values we uphold. As stewards preparing to pass the torch to the next generation, our integrity and ethical grounding matter now more than ever.

Leadership, especially at our level, carries profound responsibility.
